Here are some statistics from Mental Health UK that highlight the challenges workers are facing: - 35% of workers don’t feel comfortable raising concerns about stress. - 1 in 5 workers has taken time off due to stress-related mental health issues. - 54% of employees report increased workloads as a major source of stress. - 42% feel isolated at work. These numbers remind us of how crucial it is to make mental health a priority in every workplace.
