Here's how Christina Pickard describes it: Oxidative aromas reminiscent of a cider house at harvest time (think: crushed apples still in the press) with a slight nutty, honeyed quality behind, this feels unexpectedly off dry given the “Brut” designation. There's a honeyed richness amid prickly fizz and crunchy acidity. Drink well chilled with spicy, flavorful dishes like pad Thai or tacos. Cheers! We have some winners!! Three Brothers Wineries 2023 Carbonated Moscato took home "Best in Class Sparkling Wine" at this year's Finger Lakes International Wine & Spirits Competition and Chambourcin took home another Gold. We brought home 6 silver medals for 2023 Zero Degree Riesling, 2023 First Degree Riesling, 2023 Second Degree Riesling, 2023 Cabernet Franc Zweigelt, 2023 Unoaked Chardonnay and 2019 Brut. All proceeds made during the Finger Lakes International Wine & Spirits Competition go directly to Camp Good Days & Special Times. Camp Good Days & Special Times is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting and enriching the lives of children, adults, and families who have been affected by cancer or sickle cell anemia. Campers have the opportunity to participate in summer recreational programs along with year-round support programming, all provided free of charge to participants.
