Changes are on the way for how your 3D-Fuel spools are packaged. Thank you so much for your feedback on our packaging design. Over 80% wanted a simple kraft box and many of you requested features for better stackability, a label that clearly stated the color inside since the scoop cutout would go away, better protection for the spool while in transit, and greater cost-effectiveness. This is still a beta box - the final will be a simple kraft box rather than a literature mailer. That simple box is faster and easier for our production team to assemble and is certified to act as the actual shipper, eliminating a separate shipper box for single spool orders - another cost savings that we are excited to be able to pass along to you, our faithful customers. Expect to see the new packaging rolling out soon for newly-manufactured spools. Thank you, again, for your feedback and insights!
