Our team was thrilled to be on-site in San Francisco this past weekend for #AAO23 to hear from colleagues and exhibitors on the latest technologies and treatments in ophthalmology.

We are thrilled to present positive interim data from Phase 1/2 AEROW clinical trial of aerosolized 4D-710 at Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s North American Cystic Fibrosis Conference this week in Phoenix, Arizona. 
 
We also would like to warmly welcome Alan H. Cohen, MD, who has joined 4DMT as SVP, Therapeutic Area Head of Pulmonology. 
 
Finally, we are gratified to announce that the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation has increased their funding commitment under our research agreement by $2.8 million to a total of $6.3 million. The increased financial commitment brings their total historical commitment to the 4DMT CF program to over $20 million.

Today, we announced alignment with the FDA on a plan to lift the clinical hold on our Phase 1/2 INGLAXA clinical trial for 4D-310 for Fabry disease #cardiomyopathy.
