Our portfolio ended 2023 with another strong exit. One of our General Partners Abris Capital Partners is set to sell Velvet CARE sp. z o.o., a leading manufacturer of hygiene paper products in Central and Eastern Europe, to Partners Group. Over a five-year investment period, the company grew its sales by 2.5x and EBITDA by more than 5.5x, significantly exceeding the original investment case. Thanks to a comprehensive ESG program, Velvet CARE achieved B Corp certification in 2023.
