- Product and manufacturing engineering, with a team of over 1,000 engineers specialized in managing complete work packages.
- Composite components manufacturing, with strong ATL, HLU and Out of Autoclave technologies
- Metallic detailed part manufacturing in sheet metal, machining and surface treatments including final processes
- Product Support (24/7), spare parts management, repair activities, technical assistance and publications

Con el espíritu innovador que nos caracteriza, participamos en el proyecto RCARBEFILL, que consiste en aprovechar nuestro residuo de polvo de fibra de carbono para obtener un monofilamento para impresión 3D.

RADIA AND AERNNOVA PARTNER ON THE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE WING AND ENGINE PYLONS OF WINDRUNNER™, WORLD’S LARGEST AIRCRAFT
 
Today at Farnborough Airshow 2024 #FIA2024, Radia, Inc. and Aernnova Aerospace have signed a partnership agreement on the development of WindRunner, which will be the world's largest plane purpose-built to deliver giant, highly efficient onshore wind turbine blades in order to expand wind energy and achieve climate goals. 

This agreement positions us in the wing and engine pylon design and manufacturing support, recognizing our expertise for the design and development of this ambitious project. 

We are excited and proud to participate in the world’s largest aircraft.

#FIA2024 #Aernnova

Aernnova Aerospace, represented by Miguel Angel Castillo, PhD, PhD, VP Technology Development, has participated in the  Airbus Roll out ceremony of the Multi Functional Fuselage Demonstrator, #MFFD, celebrated in Hamburg, #Germany, last 3rd of July 2024.  Aernnova has been a Core Partner in #CleanSky2, now Clean Aviation, Large Passenger Aircraft (LPA) Platform 2 “Innovative Physical Integration Cabin – System – Structure” aimed to develop, mature, and demonstrate an entirely new, advanced fuselage structural concept in alignment towards next generation cabin-cargo architectures.

Aernnova developed four different #Technologies and #Innovation activities all with the target to achieve TRL 4 – ground demonstration- of new thermoplastics composites materials in different structural components: Cargo Door Surrounding Structure (cDSS), 45 Upper Shell Stringers, Longitudinal Strap Joint and Fuselage Panel including testing for validation.
Aernnova is a founding member of Clean Aviation, that groups the European Commission and industrial partners to enable public- private investments to develop technologies that are relevant to achieve the #EU #NetZero by 2050.

The leading event for information exchange and knowledge sharing within the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) sector. It was great to meet so many new people and catch up with current contacts. Fantastic turnout, engaging meetings and interesting conferences on Aftermarket Services. 

Great work by FL Technics as host and Aviation Week as organizer.
