We are proud to report a 7.7% carbon efficiency improvement for our Fund V companies as compared to 2021, demonstrating the continued partnership with our companies.

We are thrilled to announce that HDBank has won the 2023 Sustainability Initiative of the Year Vietnam Award from Asian Banking & Finance.
 
Since our investment in HDBank in 2020, we have partnered with HDBank to develop capabilities to measure their carbon emissions and look at how ESG can be a tool for value creation. Together with the support of Affinity and other investors, HDBank has developed initiatives for sustainable development, green finance and notably financial products for women-owned SMEs.
 
The banking industry plays an important role in supporting business activities and investments that have a positive impact on the environment and society. We will continue to support HDBank in the implementation of their vision for a better world.

Affinity's ESG value creation initiatives for Sido Muncul was a key driver for its stock price having almost tripled since our investment. Our team spoke with AVCJ about these initiatives.
