It is great to be back at #JPM24, where our CEO Tim Knotnerus is pleased to present the latest developments in our programs.

We have dosed the first subject in our Phase 1 #ClinicalTrial evaluating AGMB-447 as a novel treatment option for patients with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF). AGMB-447 is an inhaled lung-restricted small molecule inhibitor targeting ALK5 that has the potential to safely block TGF-beta signaling, a known master regulator of fibrosis in IPF.
