It is great to be back at #JPM24, where our CEO Tim Knotnerus is pleased to present the latest developments in our programs.

We have dosed the first subject in our Phase 1 #ClinicalTrial evaluating AGMB-447 as a novel treatment option for patients with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF). AGMB-447 is an inhaled lung-restricted small molecule inhibitor targeting ALK5 that has the potential to safely block TGF-beta signaling, a known master regulator of fibrosis in IPF.

We are thrilled to announce that our colleague Natalie de Jonge is nominated for the TOPX Females to Follow Award in the category Rising star in Industry 2024.
