Tracie Grella, AIG’s Global Head of Cyber Insurance, recently joined cyber experts from the public and private sectors for a discussion hosted by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Federal Insurance Office and New York University Stern School of Business’s Volatility and Risk Institute about catastrophic cyber risk and a potential federal insurance response. Ted Devine has been named EVP and Chief Administrative Officer, effective January 1, 2024. Ted will be responsible for global administrative services, which will include Global Sourcing & Procurement, Real Estate & Facilities, and Shared Services, as well as Global Accident & Health Operations. He will report to AIG Chairman and CEO Peter Zaffino, and he will be a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Ted brings many years of business and operational experience in insurance and reinsurance to this newly created role.

Rose Marie Glazer has been named AIG’s General Counsel, overseeing AIG’s legal, compliance, regulatory, sustainability, and government affairs functions. Rose Marie, who previously was AIG’s CHRO, will remain an Executive Vice President reporting to AIG Chairman and CEO Peter Zaffino.
