Ich habe mich sehr gefreut im Bloomberg Büro in Berlin ein live Gespräch zu der aktuellen Wettbewerbssituation und regulatorischen Lage geben zu dürfen.

AI-Act: Auf den letzten Metern gab es noch wesentliche Verbesserungen (vielen Dank für die harte Arbeit) und der aktuelle Stand ist gut verwendbar. Es wäre zum Nachteil (fast) aller europäischen Akteure, wenn wir die damit geschaffene Sicherheit nun wieder in Frage stellen. Zwar ist der aktuelle Stand nicht perfekt aber jetzt gilt es Energie in die Umsetzung der Technologie zu stecken. Technologiesouveränität lässt sich nicht in die Existenz regulieren: Nur durch eine mutige und schnelle Transformation der Unternehmen (und Verwaltung) kann eigene Stärke entstehen.

Wettbewerb: Es geht hier um den vielleicht größten Kuchen der Menschheitsgeschichte und Technologiekonzerne investieren in die eigene Dominanz. Dabei nutzen sie Monopol-ketten und verzerren Märkte. Hier gilt es sicherzustellen, dass ein faires Umfeld für alle Marktteilnehmer geschaffen werden kann.
