Algomage automates the most time consuming tasks in digital photography ie image selection, editing and sharing. We do this by using machine vision to mimic human behavior. Our founder is one of the Top 100 photographer in world (Fearless 2019) and a Canon Ambassador. Our mission is revolutionize the way images are handled across the world.

For the longest time, I have been an admirer of art and creativity with tech as a common denominator, something that gets validated through my companies Algomage and  ReelsAndFrames

While my professional choices have allowed me to express emotions for others (via visual mediums), writing and communicating my own views had always taken a back seat. Even with linkedin, I have always been more of a reader than a writer.

At the same time, I also feel that sharing is important. There have been so many times, I've been inspired, touched, evolved because someone decided to share their story! 

So, here is an attempt for 2024 ... I shall actively share more stories from my own life here on the platform. If you like what you read, drop a hi, start a conversation. If you don't like what you read, definitely drop in a comment!

🌟 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲 & 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 🌟

A heartfelt thank you to the esteemed office bearers and distinguished speakers for their invaluable contributions to the 2 days Internal Audit Conclave organized by the Western India Regional Council (WIRC) of the ICAI on 22nd & 23rd March 2024 ! 🙏 Your insights, expertise, and commitment to excellence have truly added immense value to this event, enriching the knowledge and professional growth of all attendees.  

Some of my key takeaways : 
1. Multiple speakers insisted on maintaining regular cadence with the process owners. Sivaram Subramoniam introduced a fresh perspective on this through the MEMO principle: "Meet Enough, Meet Often."  
2. There are no failures, only learning. 
3. Well begun is half done.
4. It is not what you have and want to give, it is what they want.
5. There are two types of companies: 
Good Company - Appreciate Internal Audit
Bad Company - Don't give a damn to Internal Audit
6. One size fits none.
 
Moreover, the networking opportunities facilitated have fostered meaningful connections and collaborations, further strengthening our community of internal audit professionals. 🤝 

I'd also like to commend WIRC for implementing Algomage, a solution that allows conclave participants to effortlessly access their photos through facial recognition. Additionally, they've thoughtfully shared a QR code using which we can access Algomage.

Here's to continued learning, growth, and collective success in advancing the standards of internal audit! 👏
