has secured $105M in funding, led by global investor Novo Holdings!

This round, which is the largest of 2024 for Israeli Medtech companies, also includes investments from top-tier crossover funds Viking Global Investors and RA Capital Management, alongside existing investors- OrbiMed, JVC Investment Partners, NEA, and ALIVE.


Magenta's Elevate™ is the world’s smallest, highest-performance, catheter-delivered heart pump, a groundbreaking tech set to revolutionize cardiac care, for conditions like cardiogenic shock and high-risk cardiac procedures.


Key Highlights:

Innovalve is a leading medical device company developing unique Transcatheter Mitral Valve Replacement (TMVR) technology. Invented at Sheba Medical Center, Israel's largest hospital, Innovalve is pioneering catheter-delivered heart valve therapies that promise to revolutionize cardiac care.

Edwards Lifesciences, a global leader in heart care medical devices, has shown unprecedented confidence in this Israeli technology. 

This acquisition has the potential to reach millions of patients worldwide, save countless lives, and significantly improve global cardiac care. 

It's a testament to the power of Israeli innovation in healthcare.
