All On is a Shell funded impact investment company focused on renewable energy projects in Nigeria.

All On

All On Partnerships for Energy Access, is an independent impact investing company seeded with funding from Shell and works with partners to increase access to commercial energy products and services for under-served and un-served off-grid energy markets in Nigeria, with a special focus on the Niger Delta.

The objective of All On is to provide targeted investments and technical support to companies in the private and non-governmental sectors active in the access-to-energy space, as well as engage in broader market-building activities such as research and advocacy. It aims to promote solutions where the potential is to reach millions of un-served and/or underserved customers.

Congratulations to the winners of the Tertiary Institutions Energy Pitch Challenge (TIEC) 2024, proudly sponsored by All On!

The event which held on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at The Nigeria Energy Forum 2024, saw eleven tertiary institutions compete with high-impact energy innovations. This initiative promotes student-led clean energy solutions in Nigeria’s higher education institutions.

And the winners of the N3,500,000 Prize Grant were:

	•	1st place Landmark University with Biogas; Powered Cooking Energy Innovation
	•	2nd Place Imo state university; Power Control Box Energy Invention
	•	3rd Place University of Benin; Empowering Nigeria Food Chain with Solar powered solutions Energy Solution. 

Caroline Eboumbou, CEO All On took her time to engage the students on their innovations and encouraged them to keep on the good work. Jide Sokeye, M & E Lead, All On, also participated as a judge of the Energy pitch contest.

Inspiring Inclusion & Innovation for Women in Renewable Energy

We are excited to announce the winners of the  8th Off-grid Investor Pitch Competition! Kudos to Solfa Power Limited for winning 1st place and So-Cool Energy for taking the runner-up spot!

A big thank you to our co-organizers: The African Climate Foundation, Nigeria Off-Grid Market Accelerator (Co-created by Shell Foundation & USAID) and Power Africa for hosting this event at the All On Hub office.

Over the past six weeks, the All On hub, supporting Power Africa,
has guided a dynamic cohort of women-led off-grid clean energy companies dedicated to addressing Nigeria’s electrification challenges. These teams improved their capital-raising strategies and honed their investment pitches, which they presented to a panel of investor judges from Verod, Power Africa, EchoVC Partners, Novastar Ventures and First City Monument Bank Limited.

Off-grid clean energy solutions have the potential to provide electricity to millions of Nigerians living beyond the reach of the grid.

Well done to all other contestants for their outstanding efforts: EtinPower Limited, Energy Excell Systems and Solutions   and  RENERGY INTEGRATED SYSTEMS AND PROJECTS.

Great news for the Niger-Delta! All On, has awarded a $395,000 grant to CEESOLAR Energy Limited to bring off-grid power to the Oweighoroha community in Bayelsa State. This marks the first award from the Niger Delta Grant program, aimed at bridging the energy gap in the region.

The grant will provide electricity for 430 connections, benefiting around 2,000 residents. All On’s CEO, Caroline Eboumbou, and All On Board Chairman and Country Chair, Shell Companies  in Nigeria,  Dr. Osagie Okunbor signed and presented the Grant to Ceesolar’s CEO Chibueze Ekeh, highlighting the Investment’s commitment to sustainable development in the Niger-Delta.
