Q: What's one aspect of your role that really energizes you while at work?

A: It's a great feeling when I'm going through a platform demo, and the advisor has a moment of pause. It generally happens after seeing how easy it is to open and fund an account. In a matter of seconds, I experience the advisor's disbelief (it can't be that easy), followed by relief (this will give me so much time back), to excitement (what else is possible?). The rapport I build with advisors from these conversations is a constant source of energy.

Q: What are you most proud of achieving in your time here?

A: I'm proud to have been an early member of the CS team that helped build the foundation for how we interact with and support our advisors today. I'm now in my third role at Altruist, and I've been fortunate to partner with many of our most successful users through the entire client journey.

Q: What aspect of our company culture do you appreciate the most?

A: I appreciate being surrounded by brilliance and how well my colleagues live out our core values. Altruist is a collection of the most creative and talented people, and I've been thankful for opportunities to collaborate with and learn from so many of them.
