Today marks #InternationalDayofEducation, a day to recognize the pivotal role education plays in shaping a sustainable, equitable and resilient future for generations to come. 

For more than a decade, AncestryClassroom has provided educators and students with free access to historic record collections to help students connect the choices of the past to those we face today. In 2021 we set out to equip 10 million students with access to AncestryClassroom at no cost by 2025. Today we are thrilled to share that we have exceeded that goal one year ahead of target, providing free access to more than 10 million students across 5 countries. 

We remain committed to leveraging our time and resources to empower the next generation with the resources, confidence and understanding they need to make history.

What I do at Ancestry:  I collaborate with our business partners on their budgets and provide the financial analysis to help them make decisions that drive company performance.

What I love about my job: I enjoy the forward-looking nature of FP&A, as well as the opportunity it gives me to work more closely with people from all over the business and learn about how they contribute to making Ancestry successful.
