Our portfolio company, Alpen, has raised $18 million through a Department of Energy grant and a private capital raise to support their thin-glass insulating glass unit (IGU) product line. We are excited to welcome Kristy McKain as the newest member of the Arborview Capital team! Kristy is a Senior Associate and is responsible for sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities while providing support to existing portfolio company founders and management teams. Kristy joins us from Duke University Nicholas School of the Environment, where she recently graduated with a Master’s degree in Environment Management. Kristy began her career in investment banking and most recently worked as an Investment Officer at MicroVest Capital Management.
