This week at the Alzheimer's Association® International Conference, Arkuda Therapeutics will present preclinical data on lead development candidate ARKD-104, a novel oral therapeutic in development for the treatment of GRN-related frontotemporal dementia. The study showed treatment with ARKD-104 markedly increased progranulin levels – critical to restoring lysosomal function in not only FTD-GRN but in other neurodegenerative diseases. Learn more: https://lnkd.in/enX_JJcg

The team at Arkuda Therapeutics continues to advance drug candidates which modulate both progranulin and granulins towards clinical studies, with the goal of someday offering novel treatments for FTD and other neurodegenerative diseases.
