This editorial discusses the potential of #Pb212 as an ideal #isotope for #alpha #radioligand #therapy based on its ability to overcome challenges seen with other isotopes in the #radiopharmaceutical space. Its many ideal properties include precursor supply, a short half-life, a high energy deposition into tumors and a potentially lower environmental footprint.
