Artios is on a mission to kill cancer by exploiting DNA damage response (DDR) and repair pathways that are leveraged by cancer cells to promote their survival. We are thrilled and honoured to receive the Cancer Research Horizons - Start-Up Achievement Recognition Award, which was presented to us at the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Awards 2024 ceremony in London last night. 
This award recognises the significant progress we’ve made in our mission to target DNA damage response (#DDR) pathways for #cancerdrugdevelopment in the past 2 years. During that time, we have advanced several DDR products candidates targeting #breastcancer, #ovariancancer and other solid tumours in clinical development as well as presented promising initial clinical data at ESMO. We believe that developing breakthrough cancer treatments that target DDR pathways to specifically destroy certain devastating cancers that are difficult to treat will have a dramatic impact on patients’ lives.

At the 2024 DNA Damage, Mutation and Cancer Conference GRC on Monday (March 11), our Vice President of biology, Helen Robinson, will provide an update on the advances being made by Artios Pharma in targeting DNA damage response (#DDR) pathways for #cancerdrugdevelopment.
