I have blank page anxiety, no matter what it is - whether it's a LinkedIn post, an email, or a research paper. I don't have any universal recipe for overcoming it in every aspect of life. But at least, it looks like we've solved blank page anxiety when speaking about competition research. My usual flow when I was exploring a new field or product was something like this: I'd look through our new product webpage or some kind of description, understand all the differentiators, and grasp the kind of clients we are serving or planning to serve. After that, there would be lots of Googling and surfing through dozens of SEO-optimized pages (often made more for robots than for people) just to get a basic understanding of who is who in our market niche. Then comes some attempts to structure all the info about competitors. After 5-6 hours, I find myself with some kind of table with an initial list of competitors and basic info about them ... and only here is the real point where I can start to do some analysis. What if I told you that you can skip this stage? Now you can search for competitors 10x faster - simply type in your website, and Askpot will handle the rest. And yeah, you can do it even for free. How to use: - Click "Competition" in the left menu. - Type in your website. - Grab a cup of coffee while we search for competitors (2-3 minutes). - Select competitors from our suggested list. - If needed, you can add competitors manually. - Click "Run Analysis." - Get structured info about competitors, including a basic overview, business report, and unique selling points. - Export results if needed. - You can also return to any previous results through the history panel.
