🚨This is one of ASOS’ best hidden secrets that I'm about share with you! With a heart of gold, deep passion for social impact and an ally for inclusion, Salma is a VERY hard act to follow. 

I love working with Salma because SHE👏GETS👏SHIT👏 DONE👏 -she’s passionate, hard-working and goes after her goals hard! 

At 46 and fabulous, this woman is an absolute powerhouse that drives positive impact across ASOS, with absolute fearlessness! 

She admits it’s not always easy to be whoever you want to be but credits her Indian-Muslim heritage and influence from her Tanzanian roots which instilled values and some fierce energy in Salma that shines through today;
 
“I am so over people pleasing. I’ve been raised to be independent, not rely on others and to look out for myself. I’ve become more and more confident - the older you get the less f*k$ you give!” 

Not gonna argue with that 🙌🏽

Salma is also a dedicated carer and is open and empowered by her choice not to have kids – I love that honestly and ownership of her story. We’re all here for different things and Salma knows exactly where her story is at!
