Our portfolio consists of 46 assets with 2,203 MW of aggregate renewable energy installed generation capacity (of which approximately 72% is solar), 300 MW of efficient natural gas-fired power generation capacity, 55 MWt of district heating capacity, 1,229 miles of transmission lines and 17.5 Mft3 per day of water desalination.

📢 We are pleased to announce that Honda 2, a 10 MW PV plant in Colombia, has successfully started operations. This milestone follows the commercial operation of Honda 1 in 2023. Atlantica has efficiently developed and constructed both Honda 1 and Honda 2, culminating in a combined capacity of 20 MW. The project has a PPA with Enel and will provide clean and affordable energy to Colombia’s National Interconnected System. We are proud to share with you another milestone in our journey towards a culture of safety excellence. 🦺 On July 11th, Atlantica and dss⁺ held a workshop based on the Dupont-Bradley Curve model to present a diagnosis and action plan to improve the safety culture of our employees in Spain, where we have over 700 employees across our 5 solar assets in operation, and renewable energy and storage projects currently under development or construction. The initiative will be extended to other geographies to help us achieve our goal of zero accidents 🎯and guarantee the safety of our employees and subcontractors. 📢 We are pleased to share that our CEO, Santiago Seage , has taken part in an informative breakfast organised by Executive Forum España , along with Jorge Paradela , the Minister of Industry, Energy and Mines for Andalucia. Santiago Seage spoke about Atlantica's strong presence and growth plans in this region, which is our second largest market after the U.S. He also stressed the importance of storage and renewable gases as key drivers of the energy transition and thanked the Andalucian authorities for their support. During his speech, Jorge Paradela explained some of the measures that they are implementing to continue to boost economic and social development in Andalucia. Paradela explained that over the past five years Andalucia has doubled the amount of installed green electrical power, reaching almost 12 gigawatts (GW) and revealed that there are another 11 GW that are already authorised for construction. It was a great opportunity to exchange insights and perspectives with the Minister on the challenges and opportunities of the green economy in Andalucia. It owns 39 assets comprising 2,044 megawatts (MW) of aggregate renewable energy installed generation capacity; 343 MW of natural gas-fired power generation capacity; 55 thermal megawatts of district heating capacity; 1,229 miles of electric transmission lines; and 17.5 million cubic feet per day of water desalination assets. The company was formerly known as Atlantica Yield plc and changed its name to Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure plc in May 2020. Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure plc was incorporated in 2013 and is based in Brentford, the United Kingdom.
