With this financing, FitLab acquired a cutting-edge fitness equipment manufacturer, further empowering FitLab to seamlessly integrate every aspect of its customers’ fitness journey.

Atlas Credit Partners (“ACP”) is pleased to announce that last week, SoundHound AI, a global leader in voice-enabled AI solutions, repaid in full the $100 million outstanding under the $125 million ACP Senior Secured Credit Facility, which was provided in April 2023.

Atlas’ investment provided SoundHound with substantial capital allowing the company to make significant investments to further integrate its conversational voice AI platform with partners including Nvidia, Stellantis, and Jersey Mike’s. After repayment of the ACP Credit Facility, its strong balance sheet position will allow SoundHound to further expand its customer integration among its automotive, IoT devices, and food service customers.
