Avis Budget Group, Inc. is an American car rental agency holding company headquartered in Parsippany, New Jersey. It is the parent company of several brands including Avis Car Rental, Budget Rent a Car, Budget Truck Rental, Payless Car Rental, and Zipcar. The company also operates several smaller, regional brands. It is one of the three big rental car holding companies in the United States.

In addition, it offers optional insurance products and coverages, such as supplemental liability, personal accident, personal effects protection, emergency sickness protection, and automobile towing protection and cargo insurance products; fuel service options, roadside assistance services, electronic toll collection services, curbside delivery, tablet rentals, access to satellite radio, portable navigation units, and child safety seat rentals; automobile towing equipment and other moving accessories, such as hand trucks, furniture pads, and moving supplies; and Business Intelligence solution, an online portal for corporate travel. Avis Budget Group, Inc. operates in approximately 10,400 locations worldwide. The company was formerly known as Cendant Corporation and changed its name to Avis Budget Group, Inc. in September 2006. A great example of commitment occurred the other day. Upon opening, Susan noticed that all the clean cars were rented out the night before, leaving the counter without any clean cars to start the day. Without hesitation, Susan took the initiative to clean several vehicles on her own before anyone else arrived. 

Her colleagues and customers marvel at her exceptional work ethic and the way she elevates everyone's experience at our location. 

Susan is undeniably a great asset and her positive impact on the team and customers is immeasurable.
