The March labour market – nonfarm payrolls – report will be critical in this regard and could either confirm or deny the recent strength of the foundations of the macro environment. By extension, the jobs data should either corroborate or reverse the recent pushback against imminent Fed rate cut prospects. The nonfarm payrolls data will be released at 16.30 GST tomorrow (Friday April 5th).
