My key takeaway: There's a significant opportunity to harness AI for OSINT data retrieval and enhance security programs. However, the industry seems to underutilize available technology. There's a growing consensus that these capabilities should be internalized, rather than outsourcing security functions. This shift necessitates security teams to adopt force-multiplying technology, particularly in areas like threat assessments, risk mitigation, and proactive security measures.
