Celebrating 20 Years of Basiz Fund Services: A Journey of Growth, Dedication, and Global Reach! To mark our 20th anniversary, Basiz organised memorable outings for each of our teams. The Mumbai chapter commemorated this epoch-making milestone with an outing to the sylvan setting of Alibaug, on the outskirts of Mumbai. From Chennai to Mumbai and beyond, our celebrations are a tribute to two decades of innovation, growth, and dedication. This milestone is even more memorable because it is a success story of a family of professionals who embarked on the thorny entrepreneurial path and threw themselves into it with vigour and single-minded dedication. At the same time, the philosophy of 'Basiz Cares', was uppermost with the welfare of all team members kept in mind time and again. To date, the company does not work the graveyard shift, and even during the hard-pressed times of COVID-19, it ensured that there was no layoff, nor did any team member receive his salaries or increments late. Our Founders ( CA Aditya Sesh and Dr. Sujata Seshadrinathan ) personally steered these events and participated in them wholeheartedly, engaging directly with the team members. The leadership team also joined in. These events are a series of activities being planned with each of our teams from our eight locations globally - five in India and three international hubs. #BasizFundServices kicked off its twentieth-anniversary celebrations in style with a series of employee engagement and activities at fun destinations. The day programme included visits to historical sites, among other things. Fittingly, the first of the outbound activities was in #Chennai , where Basiz is currently housed on the same premises from where the engine first rolled out. The Chennai chapter held its event in Mahabalipuram, a place of great archaeological importance. The decentralisation has been made in such a way as to enable the teams at various locations to interact directly with the management and board members who are travelling to each site to engage with the units. Commencing modestly in Chennai, India, with limited resources and a single office twenty years ago, Basiz has steadily expanded over the years and has feet on the street, comprising three nationalities in eight destinations (five in India and three internationally). #Basizians participated with gusto in these activities. The proceedings included the Founders and senior management personnel spelling out their vision and key initiatives planned for the company in the coming years.
