We expect an exciting year ahead as we continue advancing our clinical programs with the goal of enabling patients to live healthier, longer lives. We anticipate several important BDTX-1535 milestones in 2024, including Phase 2 results for the treatment of #NSCLC, as well as medical meeting presentations of Phase 1 data sets for the treatment of #GBM. We also expect BDTX-4933 Phase 1 results for the treatment of KRASm NSCLC.

Today we announced topline results from our Phase 1 dose escalation trial in recurrent #GBM, where historical PFS ranges from 2-4 months. BDTX-1535 demonstrated promising clinical activity and more than 1/3 of patients remained on therapy greater than 4 months. These results in heavily pretreated patients are an important first step in understanding the potential of BDTX-1535 to benefit newly-diagnosed GBM patients. We anticipate results from a "window of opportunity" clinical trial of BDTX-1535 in second-line patients with high-grade glioma in 2Q 2024.
