PAX, the premier event celebrating gaming and gaming culture, was filled with energy, excitement, and most importantly, passionate gamers 🎮 . It was, without a doubt, the most successful event in BlackMilk’s 15-year history. From reconnecting with long-time Sharkies 🦈 to welcoming new faces into the community, our team left the event buzzing with ideas on how to make our next PAX experience even better 💫 . May was an exciting month at BlackMilk, filled with creativity and a whole lot of fun as part of our #showusyablackmilk competition! Our BM community was tasked with the challenge of dressing up to each theme, allowing everyone to showcase their unique personalities and styles. Of course, our Team at BMHQ got amongst the fun too - we absolutely love an excuse to dress up... have you met us?! Can you guess what the themes were? ✨ My Alter Ego We kicked off the month with a day dedicated to our alter egos. From closet girly girls, to epic goth. Everyone got to show off their perfect alter ego. 🦁 Animal Instincts Next, we tapped into our wild sides with "Animal Instincts." Our amazing claws out flares were a popular choice! 🎨 I'm An Art Aficionado Then, we celebrated the world of art. From classic masterpieces to modern art, everyone channeled their inner artist, showcasing incredible creativity and passion. 💎 Open the Vault We concluded with "Open the Vault," a day to bring out the old BM styles hiding in the back of the closet! A big shoutout to everyone who got involved and made each day so fun!

Last Thursday Night, Grant Arnott paid a really touching tribute to our founder, James Lillis at the Power Retail #allstarbash2024 We are so grateful for him to be honoured and acknowledged in this way. Three of our team were in attendance, Kristy Jaremenko , Isabel B. and Kristen Edwards representing us as finalists in the categories of Top Social Retailer Award and Top Email Marketing Award. Although we didn't come home with a win in these categories, we have special memorials and heartfelt thanks for this beautiful tribute.
