We recently announced that our portfolio company TAS Environmental Services, L.P., acquired Environmental Concepts & Services (ECS), a specialized provider of waste transportation, non-hazardous waste treatment and disposal and other industrial services to companies operating in the manufacturing and specialty chemical end markets.
 
For more than 20 years, ECS has provided comprehensive waste management services with a focus on eco-conscious practices, professionalism, integrity and customer satisfaction. With Blue Point’s partnership, the TAS team will continue to expand its waste management capabilities and seek additional well-aligned add-ons for the platform.

Brimar completed its first add-on acquisition of Crowd Control Warehouse — a designer and distributor of crowd-control, traffic and safety products — in April of 2022.
