To mark World Mental Health Day today, as well as October being Breast Cancer Awareness Month, BMMI held its Wellness Day to offer its employees various activities and workshops focused on wellbeing. The day included health checks, breast screening, body analysis, posture assessments, and painting and arts workshops, as well as sessions for massages, facials, and chiropractic adjustments. The day also featured a range of healthy snacks and juices throughout the day, as well as wellness bingo, team activities and mobility workshops.
