We are so thrilled and humbled to announce a significant recognition moment for Boatyard. We have proudly won the title ‘Sustainable Spirits Product of the Year’, at the Global Drinks Intel ESG awards 2024. This global award was presented to us in Cannes, France. For our distillery in Fermanagh to be even just mentioned in the same breath as some huge spirit brands is just mind blowing. We believe the sustainability route is the correct route to take. Recap of our first Negroni Week event at Rattlebag cocktail bar ! We had the pleasure of teaming up with the legendary Joe Schofield and Liza from Schofield's bar and Campari Group . The evening was a celebration of craft cocktails, featuring a delicious Boatyard Double Gin Negroni curated by the talented team at Schofields. It was a perfect night filled with great company and exceptional drinks. We're already looking forward to the next round of Negronis—see you next year!

Today marks the start of #NegroniWeek , and we have a full week of activities planned with some of our favourite bars. Before we dive into enjoying our Negronis, let’s take a moment to appreciate the origins of this iconic cocktail. Legend has it that in 1919, at the Casoni Bar in Florence, Count Camillo Negroni asked for a bolder version of his usual Americano. The bartender swapped the soda water for gin, blending it with Campari and Italian vermouth, and the classic Negroni was born. A true testament to how one request can make cocktail history. Earlier this year we successfully launched in Thailand. We must thank our wonderful importers Brand Connect Asia . Even though Thailand represents quite the distance away from Fermanagh, we are fortunate to have a few friends already there. In this photo on the left is Tom Hearn , who heads up the beverage programme for award winning Bangkok venues Vesper and 4th wall. Tom is a dear friend of our Commercial Director, Declan McGurk , from their time working together at the American Bar, at the Savoy. Also in this picture is a wonderful London bartender, Gento Torigata , who works at one of our favourite bars, Kwant in Mayfair. It looks like we are settling well into the market as our friends are adding us to a Vesper Martini, shaken not stirred, well it is a Vesper after all.

We are such a wonderful mix of emotions as we celebrate the recent CLASS Bar Mag drinks report. In its inaugural release, we have been named in both gin and vodka categories, as #1 Bartenders Favourites. To have this recognition in 2 massive spirit categories within the UK market is to be honest, mind-blowing. We would like to sincerely thank the UK bar communities for their love and support of Boatyard.
