I'm honored to have been invited to attend the seminar on "Strategies for Responding to Lawsuits Against Chinese Cross-Border E-commerce in the US," hosted by Guangdong Zhiheng Law Firm, the Shenzhen Cross-Border E-Commerce Association, and the Beijing Anti-Infringement and Counterfeit Alliance ( CAASA). During the seminar I delivered a keynote speech on "Case Studies of Malicious Lawsuits Against Chinese Cross-border E-commerce in the US" and discussed how to handle malicious lawsuits. The seminar was a great chance to discuss challenges and protect e-commerce sellers. I'm grateful for the opportunity to share my ideas and learn from others in our industry.
