Brentford Football Club is a professional association football club in Brentford, West London, England. They compete in the Premier League, the first level of the English football league system. Nicknamed 'The Bees', the club was founded in 1889 and currently plays home matches at the Brentford Community Stadium. Brentford has a rich history, including successful spells in the top flight of English football and several promotions and relegations throughout the years.

Brentford FC is a bit different to other Premier League football clubs. We put our fans first, we are a true community club and while we are financially sustainable, we are not afraid to take calculated risks. We take huge pride in our environment and culture within the Club which focuses on development, inclusion and not being afraid to think differently.

Being progressive, humble and respectful while sticking together as one team across the Club guides how we work and the decisions we make each day.

We also firmly believe that a diverse workforce is a better workforce which will help us develop ideas, solve problems and ultimately grow Brentford FC.

We play in the Gtech Community Stadium, 15 minutes from Heathrow in vibrant west London.

We will never forget where we have come from, but we are excited about the future that lies ahead.

A special celebration for the Brentford Penguins! 🎉 

Last Friday, Neil Maupay dedicated his goal against Wolves to Brentford Penguins FC, a football club for people with Down’s Syndrome run by ex-Bees player Allan Cockram.

Before Christmas, Neil along with Thomas Frank, other Brentford players and staff watched a short film created about the football team, the Mighty Penguins. During the screening, Neil made a promise to mark any goals at the game with a special celebration for the Penguins referring to 21, as people with Down's syndrome are born with an extra chromosome number 21.

The Mighty Penguins is part of a wider series called Sports Explains the World, executive produced by John Skipper for Meadowlark Media and directed by Louis Myles and Ahmed Twaji.

This weekend the Brentford Penguins had some more news to celebrate with the Mighty Penguins longlisted for Best British Short Film in this year’s BAFTAs. Congratulations! 🎊 📽

On the last day of Hanukkah, we had an informative session with some of our colleagues here at Brentford FC in our Jewish heritage staff panel discussion.

Our premium services executive Ben Leanse, chairman Cliff Crown, and people director, Susie Bruck shared their stories of growing up with the Jewish faith and what being Jewish means to them. Staff enjoyed food that would be commonly served in Hanukkah celebrations. 

Hearing from our colleagues in such sessions is one way to help us learn and appreciate our differences ❤️
