As Women's History Month has come to a close, I've been reflecting on some of the incredible accomplishments that we had both locally and globally! In NYC, we were able to put our new office space to use and host 3 onsite events which helped in exceeding our membership growth goals and $'s raised to support small businesses! In our mission to power prosperity, we hosted 6 Small Businesses to have a pop-up shop where employees could purchase their products! Thank you, Paige Graham , Santos A. , Camille Beckles , Sadé Swift , India Williams , and BlissBomb Baked Mini Donuts for your participation! We then hosted small business, Brooklyn Tea and had an onsite tea tasting to better understand different tea types and its benefits! Thank you, Jamila McGill and Alfonso Wright for sharing your story! Lastly, we ended the month with a panel lunch featuring three amazing women in tech, Emily (Em) Whitney , Jiayao (Jade) Liu , and Amy Huang 💜 I am extremely grateful to have the opportunity to help build our community in the quickly growing NYC site through being the local chair of the Women's Network, and I am grateful for Intuit for fostering a culture to support small businesses and women-led initiatives!
