We are excited to share that we have successfully exited one of our investments, SHERPANY, in a strategic acquisition by Datasite.

Founded in 2011 and with offices across Europe, SHERPANY’s software allows professionals to increase productivity by streamlining both board and general meeting preparation, execution and archiving. SHERPANY will run as a strategic business unit within Datasite and will function as a standalone entity, supported by Datasite’s ongoing investment.

We are pleased to announce a significant milestone for our portfolio company, Everphone. The leading Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) platform for corporate smartphones and tablets has successfully completed a Series D financing round, securing EUR 270m. 

The funding comprises EUR 250m in debt, primarily orchestrated by Citi, with notable contributions from Phoenix Holdings  קבוצת הפניקס and KfW. Additionally, an equity infusion of EUR 21m was raised, led by Capnor and joined by existing investors AlleyCorp, Signals Venture Capital, alongside us. 

As the principal investor in Everphone, we take pride in the company successfully attracting additional top-tier international financiers and see this as an important milestone in the further profitable scaling of the firm. We are happy to renew our support for Everphone and founder Jan Dzulko, who have achieved a fivefold revenue increase since our initial investment three years ago.
