Congrats to the Gibson Point team in Revere, MA for achieving a full building temporary certificate of occupancy six weeks early! This mixed-use development features 291 market-rate luxury residential units, a ground-level parking garage, surface parking, a public boardwalk along the Saugus River, city views, one level of steel podium construction, 5 levels of wood frame, a restaurant space with outdoor seating and water views, and a sloped Green Roof. Various amenity features incorporate a wellness theme and include co-working pods, leasing offices, multiple gathering spaces, fitness spaces, and an expansive courtyard with a pool, hot pool, plunge pools and sauna.
