Cappello's is a gluten-free food company that specializes in creating nutritionally relevant, almond flour-based pizzas, pastas, and cookie doughs. The company aims to set a new standard for frozen foods by offering sustainable, real foods with simple ingredients.

Friends and Co-founders Ben Frohlichstein and Stacey Marcellus had always shared a love for cooking and feeding people. After Ben and Stacey had parallel experiences working on farmlands, they were inspired to bring a new kind of food into the world that was filled with nutritionally relevant ingredients, and tastes and textures that rivaled the classics. And thus, the world’s first almond flour pizzas, pastas and cookie doughs were born. Today, Ben and Stacey lead a team of spirited food lovers, guiding Cappello’s on its mission to set a new standard for frozen foods that shift the prepackaged paradigm in a sustainable direction focused on simple, real foods. 

We could not be happier to launch our Five Cheese Ravioli at Costco Wholesale in Colorado (our home state), Los Angeles, Hawaii and New Mexico!

It’s been such a rewarding experience behind the scenes and it warms our hearts to hear from new fans discovering Cappello’s for the first time.  🎩 🖤

Do you have a fiery passion for inventory ordering, tracking, and management? We’re on the hunt for someone with 3+ years of previous experience working in supply chain/customer service/freight, and with a working knowledge of ERP systems— ideally NetSuite. You’d be working out of our Arvada, CO manufacturing facility with our small, close knit team of independent thinkers, but may sometimes have to travel to suppliers from time to time. A working knowledge of Spanish wouldn’t hurt!
