The final follow-up results of the investigator-initiated trial CT041-CG4006 (NCT03874897) of satricabtagene autoleucel ("satri-cel", CT041) (an autologous CAR T-cell product candidate against Claudin18.2) have been published in Nature Medicine on June 3, 2024. Data were presented as an oral presentation at the 2024 American Society of Clinical Oncology ("ASCO") Annual Meeting.

The FDA has granted IND clearance for CT071, an autologous CAR T-cell therapy candidate targeting GPRC5D, for the treatment of patients with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma (MM) or relapsed/refractory primary plasma cell leukemia (PCL).

CT071 is manufactured with CARsgen's proprietary CARcelerate™ platform, which shortens the manufacturing time to less than 2 days and therefore yields younger, healthier, and possibly more potent CAR T cells compared to conventional manufacturing.
