We are thrilled to welcome Brad Bailey, Chief Sales Officer, and Jeff Willard, Chief Growth and Marketing Officer, to our dream team. 

With a proven track record and 20+ years working with some of the most notable brands in the consumer durables and mattress space, including Simmons, Serta Simmons, and Tempur Sealy, Brad will oversee Retail and Wholesale for our retail stores and partners.

Jeff will oversee all Marketing and Product Development functions, driving our product assortment and leveraging data-backed consumer insights to further the brand. As a deeply tenured marketing executive, he has managed several world-renowned brands, spanning 45+ consumer brands and several $1B+ brands, including Beautyrest, Harman Kardon, and Coleman.

Yesterday kicked off Sleep Awareness Week, a time dedicated to prioritizing rest and highlighting the importance of quality sleep. At Casper, we believe that sleep is the superpower that charges all human activity, and we know that it largely impacts productivity and how we show up daily. This morning, we encouraged our dream team to get some extra snooze following the Daylight Saving time change by offering a noon start time for our HQ employees. We’ll also be sharing sleep tips with our team throughout the week, furthering our mission to awaken the potential of a well-rested world, one customer at a time.
