Last week, our CCBSA leadership team converged at our Phoenix plant, in KZN, for our quarterly Leadership Forum hosted by our MD, Rakesh Rajbally . It was an insightful and reflective session where we discussed the previous quarter's performance, successes and challenges and deliberated on our plans for the balance of the year. Primary focus: to deliver exceptional results. Key discussions also centered around maintaining a strong customer-centric culture, driving productivity and efficiency, and upholding the highest standards of governance and safety across our organisation.
