The 18,000 square foot facility, located in the Discovery Triangle and part of the GateWay Community College campus, is a mixed-use/non-retail business incubator. Market segments focused on include:

The facilities include:
•	~35 office suites ranging in size from 224sq ft – 650 sq ft
•	40% wet lab/bio suites
•	Open collaborative spaces

CEI provides business incubation programs and services to both resident clients and non-resident “affiliate” clients and makes available many of its business development and entrepreneurship programs to the community.
