The Certis Team will present “In Vivo Tumor Implantation Site Exhibits Differential Immune Response in Solid Tumors” on Wednesday, January 31, at 4:50pm (PST). This upcoming poster presentation demonstrates differences in the tumor microenvironment, overall immune response, and the pharmacological outcome, between subcutaneous and orthotopic humanized PDX models using peripheral blood mononuclear cells. This sample figure shows a pathway enrichment analysis of top differentially expressed genes between subcutaneous and orthotopic tissue of PDX models that may functionally contribute to differences in therapy response.
