Yesterday saw the unveiling of the Exagger-Eyes Mascara installation, showcased on the front of the John Lewis Oxford Street flagship department store, featuring BIGGER, BOLDER eyes, eyelashes and the mascara wand itself!  ✨ 

The installation is live from Thursday 29th of August until Saturday 14th of September, promising to be show-stopping, with a takeover of the window space directly below.

Throughout the course of the 2 days, we treated our team to a fabulous Fragrance inspired gala dinner, to celebrate the launch of our NEW fragrance collection, followed by a day adorned with global speakers: from our CEO Demetra Pinsent, our CMO Camille Martin to our regional teams on all of the INCREDIBLE innovation still to come in 2024. 🤩🤩🤩

💄 In our ongoing commitment to personal development and growth, our INCREDIBLE L&D team hosted a series of live and interactive workshops during National Learning at Work Week. 

🚀 The sessions, led by our very own Rachel Mathia and Gabrielle Hitchcock (Assoc CIPD), were nothing short of magical. They truly shared the MAGIC, teaching us how to enhance our performance and become HIGH PERFORMING PEOPLE. 👏👏👏
