Cheniere Energy Partners is the direct owner of the Sabine Pass LNG terminals as well as regasification facilities. It also owns the Creole Trail Pipeline, which connects the terminal to third-party gas suppliers. Cheniere Partners shares in the marketing fees generated by Cheniere Marketing from Sabine Pass marketed gas volumes.

The energy we make is liquified natural gas, or LNG. We began operations in 2016, and we’re already the largest producer of LNG in the United States and the second largest LNG operator in the world. Our LNG has reached dozens of markets on five continents, and the demand for our fuel is expected to grow as countries around the world seek cleaner ways to power their economies.

We purchase natural gas from the robust, transparent and liquid North American gas market, process the natural gas into LNG, and offer our customers the option to load the LNG onto their vessels at our terminals, or we will deliver the LNG to regasification facilities around the world. Natural gas is transported to Cheniere’s LNG facilities on third-party pipelines on which we own firm transportation capacity, as well as on pipelines Cheniere has constructed, owns and operates.

Cheniere is operating, constructing and developing two LNG facilities on the U.S. Gulf Coast. These massive LNG facilities reliably and safely process billions of cubic feet of natural gas per day into LNG and load the liquid energy onto insulated ships that keep the product cold for their journeys around the world.

While you’ll find our headquarters in Houston, Texas, and our LNG facilities in Southwest Louisiana and South Texas, we are a global company with offices in London, Singapore, Washington, Beijing and Tokyo.

This past weekend, our CFO, Zach Davis, joined Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner and other local officials and community leaders to celebrate recent improvements to Lincoln Park as part of the Love Our Parks initiative. Since 2021, Cheniere has invested $365,000 – and employees have contributed hundreds of volunteer hours – in upgrades to 10 Houston parks. We are committed to making a difference in the communities where we live and work, and we are proud to contribute to making Houston greenspaces safe and enjoyable for all.

Today we announced a new long-term Integrated Production Marketing (IPM) agreement with ARC Resources, a leading natural gas producer in Canada. The IPM, our second with ARC, is expected to further support our Sabine Pass Expansion Project. We also announced a Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) with OMV, one of Europe’s premier integrated energy and chemicals companies. The SPA serves to secure additional supplies of North American LNG headed for Europe. Both agreements leverage the Dutch Title Transfer Facility (TTF) benchmark price as the basis for their respective pricing mechanisms. The deals illustrate our commitment to connecting customers to a secure source of abundant, flexible and cleaner-burning energy, supporting their energy needs and helping to drive the global transition to a lower-carbon future.
