Kansas City Chiefs is a professional American football team based in Kansas City, Missouri. The team is a member of the National Football League (NFL) and competes in the league's AFC West division.

Founded by American sports pioneer Lamar Hunt as a charter franchise of the American Football League in 1960 as the Dallas Texans, the team relocated to Kansas City in 1963 and became known as the Chiefs. Under the leadership of the Hunt family, the club has reached professional football’s ultimate summit three times, earning victories in Super Bowl IV (1969 season), Super Bowl LIV (2019 season) and Super Bowl LVII (2022 season). As one of the most successful franchises of the past decade, Kansas City owns the most wins (117) and has the most playoff appearances (nine) of all NFL teams since Head Coach Andy Reid joined the club in 2013. Off of the field, the Chiefs proudly boast five Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year Award recipients, tying for the most among any franchise in the league, highlighting the club’s commitment to the community. GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium, the home of the Chiefs, is one of the most iconic venues in all of professional sports. As the Guinness World Record holder for loudest crowd roar at an outdoor sports venue, the stadium seats approximately 73,000 fans. Over the past decade, the club’s Arrowhead Events business has made the stadium an entertainment destination that serves the entire Midwest region with concerts, international soccer matches, college football games and motorsports events. GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium will host matches in the 2026 FIFA World Cup with Kansas City serving as one of 16 North American host cities for the global soccer tournament. Our very own Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Dan Crumb brought the Salvation Army Red Kettles to our facility. Dan frequently volunteers with the Salvation Army. Ringing in the holidays at One Arrowhead Drive!

It’s beginning to look a lot like the Holidays at One Arrowhead Drive! This year we partnered with the Salvation Army and took part in their Angel Tree program. 

Additionally, we teamed up with local marines to collect gifts for Toys for Tots to allow staff to give back to our community during the holiday season!

Kansas City Women Leaders SHOWED UP! Tonight was our first-ever Connection and Cocktails event, with nearly 200 Kansas City Women Leaders  and Male Champions from all sectors of sport. On Monday, we gave Kylie Kelce a tour of our Sensory Rooms presented by Window World! These rooms are designed to help guests with sensory needs decompress when they feel overwhelmed. Through collaboration with KultureCity, GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium is a certified sensory inclusive venue, providing a welcoming environment for guests with sensory needs. Despite being competitors on the field, it was a great opportunity to connect with Kylie and other members of the EaglesAutism Foundation to highlight our mutual commitment to our community.
