Last week, we held our Executive Summit in Nashville, Tennessee. It was a fantastic opportunity to spend quality time with our team, fostering connections and shared insights. We had a lot of fun together, and connecting with colleagues from diverse backgrounds around the world will help us continue providing value to our stakeholders. We focused on the theme of Collective Intelligence: The Multiplier Effect. This concept is more than just a buzzword – it’s about unlocking the unique strengths within such diverse group. When we cultivate an environment where collaboration thrives and every voice is heard, we not only spark creativity but also drive transformative solutions around the Globe. The summit was packed with dynamic sessions: starting with Ferrovial CEO Ignacio Madridejos and myself duo in the opening Q&A session and followed with insightful presentations, impactful training, and really fun team-building activities. Each moment reinforced our commitment to harnessing our collective intelligence, including writing our own Cintra song at the Music City! We are proud to highlight our India CEO, Ivan Maestre, who joined the MInT Conclave 2024 on September 26 at IIT Madras, India. His participation reaffirmed our commitment advancing sustainable urban mobility in India. Ivan shared valuable insights on our major projects and future expansion plans, showcasing our pivotal role in the Mobility and Intelligent Transportation initiative. The event kicked off with a warm welcome from Dr. Ramakrishna Srinivasan, CEO of MInT, who shared the vision of the Mobility and Intelligent Transportation (MInT) initiative. The Chief Guest, Sudhendu J. Sinha, Advisor (Transport) at NITI Aayog, emphasized the importance of sustainable urban transport in India. Key Presentations Included: Xera Robotics: Mohana Krishnan, CEO & Co-Founder, showcased their innovative solutions for logistics challenges faced by fishermen. Bosch Global Software Technologies: Sangeetha S. Nambiar, Director - Innovation and Research Partnerships, discussed AI solutions for urban parking issues. CUMTA: Jeyakumar Iyamperumal highlighted the importance of inter-agency collaboration for integrated urban mobility solutions. During the MInT Hackathon, eight teams from engineering colleges presented innovative ideas for sustainable urban transportation. Ivan had the honor of serving as a judge, evaluating the creative solutions proposed by the participants.
