Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. acquired Pretium in January 2020.

Mr. Rooney’s industry knowledge and experience complement Pretium’s mission to drive strategic growth and operational excellence. He brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in the packaging industry, with a proven track record of strategic growth, manufacturing excellence, and customer-centric focus. Prior to joining Pretium, he served as the CEO of DazPak Flexible Packaging, where he led the integration of six businesses, streamlined operations, and built a high performing commercial organization. Prior to this role, Mr. Rooney led ALPLA Group Corporation’s North American business and held various leadership roles at O-I Illinois and Amcor.

BBB Industries, LLC, a leading sustainable manufacturer serving the automotive, industrial, energy storage, and solar markets, backed by Clearlake Capital Group, L.P., announced today it has completed its acquisition of All Star Auto Parts.

All Star is a growth-oriented provider of alternative automotive replacement parts including both remanufactured OEM and aftermarket lights and wheels. All Star primarily focuses on the U.S. collision repair channel, which it serves through its nationwide distribution network.

PrimeSource Building Products, a North American provider of specialty branded residential building products backed by Clearlake Capital Group, L.P., announced today that it has acquired Cobra Anchors a provider of branded hollow-wall, universal, and masonry anchors. The transaction is PrimeSource Brands’ fifth acquisition since partnering with Clearlake in December 2020. 

Based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, Cobra offers a portfolio of over 1,000 SKUs focused on hollow-wall, universal and masonry anchors.  The combination with Cobra enhances the PrimeSource Brands portfolio of branded products and expands the Company's reach into the home center, lumberyard and specialty retail channels.
