In continuation to our commitment towards empowering the women at Cleartrip, we launched ''Basecamp- an initiative to nurture and excel" which was conducted through a one day experiential session broadly focusing on:
- Unlocking the barriers that prevent women professionals from reaching their full potential by understanding the importance of “Self identity and efficacy”
- Identifying and redefining their individual identity and combat imposter syndrome. Break the shell to truly believe that they do deserve and must compete for it by building a growth mindset
- Understand the importance of building their professional presence and working towards creating the same.
